Under section 17 USC ยง512(f), false claims may result in damages against the complainant. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for a prompt response.

If a material takedown notice has been issued and you believe it was a mistake, you can submit a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. The counter notification must contain:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Details of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.
